Terry Smith, the Tullett Prebon CEO and founder of the new Fundsmith asset manager, talks to Investment Week about the venture and how it plans to shake up the ‘broken' fund industry.

How long have you been thinking of launching this sort of business? I have been thinking about it for decades to be honest, possibly as much as 30 years. We have been working on this particular project from August 2009. I had been thinking about it for a long time but there also was a combination of other factors.
