Deane Donnigan has resigned from AXA Investment Managers, and will exit the group in June.
Donnigan is currently lead manager on the £263m AXA Framlington Health fund. She works alongside co-manager Gemma Game who will continue to run the fund when she departs. A spokeswoman at AXA says the group is now actively recruiting for another member of the team. The fund's remit will not change, with Game continuing to invest in companies in the pharmaceutical sector, such as drugs giant Pfizer. The portfolio also buys companies in the biotechnology space, as well as manufacturers of medical devices. Game joined AXA Framlington in October 2007 as a senior portfolio manager. ...
