Former Castlestone sales head Devlin joins Macquarie

Jerry Devlin, former head of sales at Barings and liquidated firm Castlestone, has joined Macquarie.

Devlin joined at the start of this month in the role of head of UK wholesale. He is responsible for leading the distribution of Macquarie group funds through UK financial institutions. Macquarie is an Australian investment bank and asset manager with a particular focus on infrastructure, running $317bn of assets. The former director of global sales replaced Castlestone's Angus Murray as chief executive when the firm folded in September last year.
