Update: Stewart Investors' Tulloch to take non-exec role on new trust

Renowned emerging markets fund manager Angus Tulloch will take the role of non-executive director on a yet-to-be-launched global small-cap trust, despite announcing retirement from Stewart Investors after almost 30 years running its Asia Pacific fund.

The 68-year-old announced he would retire from his role as co-manager on the on the £883m Stewart Investors Asia Pacific fund, which he has managed since June 1988, this September. However, Stewart Investors said Tulloch (pictured) will be a non-executive director on a new, global small-cap trust, which it intends to launch later this year.
