Continued Brexit uncertainty will "present both risk and opportunity" for UK property in 2020 with a generally positive outlook despite expected lower returns, fund managers believe.

Managers of UK property investment trusts continue to steer clear of London commercial property, while structural challenges facing the retail sector give pause for thought. However, both office space and industrial property in regional hubs are of interest.
