We now have The Pensions Regulator's (TPR's) guidance on how pension scheme governing bodies and employers can address ‘equality, diversity, and inclusion' (EDI) - particularly welcome is an update to TPR's communications guidance for defined contribution (DC) schemes, introducing inclusive language, pronouns and biases, and looking in detail at accessibility adjustments. We shouldn't underestimate the work that's gone into this guidance from professionals across the industry, and they should take pride in their efforts.
