We are now a decade on from the Global Financial Crisis and special measures, in the form of low interest rates and other stimulus, remain in place across much of the world.

In the US, which has done the most to normalise its central bank rates, there is concern hikes have turned the screw too tightly, dampening growth too soon. Why is generating higher returns from ESG a challenge?
