Glimmers of hope have recently begun to emerge for European equities.
After over 20% of assets left the sector since March 2018, flows - particularly in ETFs - have tentatively begun to return to the region. Looser monetary policy, a bottoming of certain end markets and hope for fiscal stimulus have been some of the factors driving more positive sentiment.
