First up is Alena Kosava, director of equity and alternative research at Tilney IM.  What has been your most successful asset allocation decision so far?  To allocate more capital to UK managers with some overseas exposure, as the dollar strength over the last few years created significant positive translation effects, offering a considerable tailwind to performance of managers with such exposure.
