He also looks ahead to what may change for the investment industry as a result of the crisis, including client engagement and reporting, product needs and working practices. In particular, Munro thinks recent events will accelerate the ESG agenda and the 'S' (or social side) will become much more important as the focus is on companies to do the right thing by their employees and customers.
