Responses to the Incisive Buzz survey show resentment of FSA setting hourly fees

With the FSA moving to introduce a menu system, highlighting hourly fees for advice, from 2005, intermediaries debate what is an appropriate fee base. Answers vary, with many still advocating offsetting with commission and those who already charge fees ranging from £65 per hour to more than £290.
