Global listed property securities provided good returns for investors in 2009 and markets rallied as the global economy responded to government stimulus measures.
Following a strong rebound, we believe real estate markets are now entering a period of more stability. The signs are positive in the US where Reits have benefited from improvements in capital markets. There has also been a return to cash dividends from stock dividends and the property market is showing some signs of improvement.
