Retail investors pull money out of UK All Companies but strongest managers in the group continue to deliver
With the trend away from UK-centric funds gaining momentum, retail investors are increasingly turning away from the IMA UK All Companies sector, culminating in a £689m net outflow in March. Since October 2009, the sector has suffered net outflows every month, apart from November when sales only reached £79m. While the UK equity market has rallied strongly over the past year, net retail sales failed to surpass £100m during any month.
