For many investors, the memory of last year's debt crisis in Dubai looms large.
The surprise announcement the Dubai Government was looking to restructure debt obligations caused regional markets to fall sharply regardless of the underlying strengths of the individual economies. This broad brush approach has meant many of the most interesting opportunities are yet to be discovered.
