European portfolios have seen the highest level of fund manager turnover of any major equity fund peer group, according to data from FE Analytics. But despite this and the economic difficulties faced by the region, performance from the sector has been strong. According to FE, more than a quarter of all European fund managers have run their portfolio for less than three years. Turnover was particularly high for 2011 when over 15 funds in the Europe ex UK sector saw a manager change.
