Dolly Parton has seen the future. Visitors to her Dollywood theme park in Tennessee no longer need to stand in line for the attractions, they can hire a handset, queue ‘virtually’ while exploring the park and then get straight on the ride. Q-Bot Dolly is not alone: theme parks around the world have adopted the Q-Bot device developed by Berkshire-based company Lo-Q.
