'Light on opinion, heavy on discipline': Pinggera's recipe for success at FOUR

When Mike Pinggera joined Four Capital Partners, the group gave him an opportunity to create his own fund from scratch.

After 20 years at Credit Suisse and three years at Insight Investment as head of multi-asset, Pinggera was looking for a change, and a chance to build his own fund free from a book of legacy assets. He joined FOUR Capital in October 2012, drawn in part by its experienced team and “lack of ego”, and created the FOUR Capital Multi-Strategy fund which launched in January 2013.
