In a month marked by a return of volatility and a sell-off in global markets, Adrian Lowcock, investment director at Architas, shares the best- and worst-performing funds and sectors. During the month, technology funds did well thanks to the sector's ability to generate growth irrespective of the economic climate which made them a defensive play.
