Investment Week scours the annual Thomson Reuters Diversity and Inclusion index to which see companies headquartered in the UK have made the global top 100. There are nine companies headquartered in the UK featured in the top 100 list this year, which ranks more than 7,000 firms using 24 different metrics. These cover criteria such as diversity, inclusion, people development and news controversies. Representing the UK were firms such as Diageo, which sat in the top ten, Vodafone, WPP and Unilever, while five of the nine were new entrants this year.
