Partner Insight: The issue of diversity within financial services (or lack thereof) has been headline news for several years, and has continued to intensify with the launch of a range of new initiatives such as the Women in Finance Charter by the UK government.
The Charter, launched in March 2016, aims to encourage the financial industry to improve gender balance in senior management positions, and has already garnered some 205 signatories covering 650,000 employees across the UK.
