Onuekwusi, Hall and Johnson, who are integral parts of the #talkaboutblack campaign, believe the asset management industry is taking some positive steps to improve diversity, but warned the number of black people in the industry alone - let alone in client-facing roles or 'C suite' roles - is "chronically small" and must be addressed.
