As we all know, the fifth anniversary of A Day falls on 6 April 2011. Five years ago, the legislation surrounding pensions went through a remarkable change. Since then, it has continued to evolve – the latest update being announced on 9 December 2010, when the government published their draft legislation for the Finance Bill 2011.
