For a fund manager who began his career in finance in the 1970s, Tim Guinness shows no signs of slowing down. In fact, he is more ambitious than ever, with plans to quadruple the size of his business, Guinness Asset Management.  The company has £500m in assets under management across its fund range available to US and UK investors.
