Investors in Europe may feel at the moment there is nowhere safe to turn. Dramatic headlines abound, propagating uncertainty and dragging down market sentiment. In the current state of flux, the market has tended to rally on even the slightest piece of good news, and sunk on disappointments as short-term sentiment – rather than company fundamentals - has dominated trading activity. This volatility, not surprisingly, is perturbing investors. In a recent BlackRock poll, 46% of investors surveyed stated market volatility was among their top concerns when it comes to investing in Europe. ...
