Obesity, and tackling it, is not the first topic which comes to mind when thinking about investing in food manufacturing or healthcare. But with global obesity levels already at epidemic levels and forecast to rise rapidly, the attempt to tackle it will fundamentally change the competitive landscape for many industries.
