Recent headlines and political noise is suggesting the UK solar industry is going through something of a rough patch. But at the same time, falling costs and a stable and supportive regulatory framework have attracted investors in unprecedented numbers to the sector, keen to access the low-risk yield and the potential for capital growth it offers.
