Barriers to entry key for O'Gorman

Stuart O'Gorman had an impressive 2009 with the two technology funds he manages with Ian Warmerdam - Henderson Global Technology and New Star Technology - both generating returns over 47%.

According to Morningstar, Henderson Global Technology delivered a return of 32.5% over three years, compared to a sector average of 19.7%. New Star Technology is up 18.7%. The £323m Henderson Global Technology fund and £187m New Star Technology funds both sit in the IMA Technology and Telecommunications sector.
