Lazard Global Equity Income fund manager Patrick Ryan attributes his strong returns to a bottom-up stockpicking investment approach based on understanding individual companies rather than macro-economic issues. The fund aims to both generate substantial income and long-term capital growth by investing in high-yielding global securities.
