Janus fund manager John Eisinger runs high conviction, unconstrained portfolios, picking efficiently run businesses with a defined path to value.

Although the £417m US All Cap Growth fund is the only one of his portfolios available to UK investors, in total Eisinger manages $4.2bn (£2.6bn) of assets across US and global mandates for Janus. The Denver-based manager began running US All Cap Growth in 2007, and in the three years to 1 November he has outperformed the benchmark by 4.99%.
