Stephen Mohan made a name for himself in the platform industry during the eight years he spent at Cofunds, one of the largest UK platforms, as managing director of operational services. During his tenure, the business grew from £5bn to £50bn, and when he took over the institutional arm, its assets rocketed from £1bn to £20bn.
