James Henderson may have been at Henderson Global Investors since 1983, but the company has changed dramatically in that time. As he puts it: “I can claim I have worked for lots of different companies, even though I have worked for the same place.” The variety may also come from the fact Henderson manages four separate investment pots: the £537m UK Equity Income & Growth fund, the UK-focused Lowland and Henderson Opportunities trusts, and the Law Debenture trust, a global equity vehicle.
