For Charles Stanley, the past year has been shaped by an ambitious restructure of the firm as it seeks to provide a clearer definition of its client proposition and become a leading wealth manager by 2020. The group announced the overhaul following a strategic review of the business, led by newly-appointed chief executive Paul Abberley, after issuing two profit warnings in 2014.
