Joining an investment house that is a keen supporter of developing young fund manager talent has been a boon for Gordon Shannon (pictured), who started at TwentyFour Asset Management in 2015. Shannon, 32, came to the fixed income boutique following eight years with Ignis Asset Management and then new owner Standard Life Investments.
