Almost ten years after graduating with a Master's in engineering, Hermes Investment Management's Louise Dudley is now a portfolio manager on the group's Global Equity fund, working alongside Geir Lode and Lewis Grant. But like many, the 32-year-old fell into the industry by accident. "I wanted to do something in the 'real world' so, after university I joined an accounting department at a global firm," she said.
