The fund management industry needs to do more to promote itself as a career option for graduates, according to Standard Life Investments' (SLI) Abby Glennie (pictured).    She began her career at Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) where she did company research, but soon looked elsewhere. "I took up an internship at RBS but I found doing research lacked an end point and you did not see any visible outcome after you had submitted your research. I wanted a role with more accountability." Instead, she believes fund management is a really good option for graduates as it does not require them...
