Sonja Laud, head of equity at Fidelity International, talks to Investment Week about her far from straight-forward path into the asset management industry.

She also identifies the asset management sector still has an image problem but in order to attract more young women, Laud believes they need to be told a lot has changed and there are significant opportunities.
