Foottit, who took home the Role Model of the Year award last year, has been director since 2005 and has a pivotal role in setting the strategy and culture of the company. She has spent the majority of her working life in financial services and is pleased to be recognized as a role model for the next generation of women leaders. Susie also recently retired from a 12-year role as vice-chair of the Teenage Cancer Trust.
