In the first of a new series of interviews with last year's Women In Investment Awards winners, Investment Week editor Katrina Lloyd talks to Helm Godfrey director Susie Foottit.

Foottit, who took home the Role Model of the Year award last year, has been director since 2005 and has a pivotal role in setting the strategy and culture of the company.  She has spent the majority of her working life in financial services and is pleased to be recognized as a role model for the next generation of women leaders.
