Close Brothers has made Preben Prebensen chief executive, in place of outgoing Colin Keogh. Prebenson, currently chief investment officer at Bermuda-based insurer Catlin, takes up the role on 1 April. A statement from the company praises his "wealth of experience, strategic insight and capital markets expertise". Close Bros publishes its six month results to 31 January on 10 March.
