Insight Investment has hired Richard Lloyd as head of structured solutions. Lloyd, an expert in derivative based investment, joins the group from Schroders Investment Management where he worked as head of structured investments. The new addition will report to the Andrew Giles, Insight’s financial solutions group managing director. Giles said: "Our industry continues to evolve towards a greater focus on disciplined risk and return management against unique liabilities and desired outcomes, and we are constantly seeking to lead innovation in this field."
