Openwork and Octopus Investments are forming a joint venture company which will launch three multi-manager funds later this year. The new firm will be called Omnis Investments, and its first three products will be multi-asset multi-manager funds Omnis Advanced, Omnis Balanced and Omnis Cautious. They will be managed by Lothar Mentel, director of multi-manager funds at Octopus, who joined the group earlier in the year.
