New opportunities are emerging in Asia despite ongoing volatility in the markets, according to M&G’s Matthew Vaight. “More companies are listing in India and China so we are seeing many more opportunities than we were five or six months ago, and a greater pool of stock ideas,” he said. “Asian markets are volatile and short-term focused, but this gives us fantastic long-term holdings that may have been oversold in the short-term,” he added.
