BlackRock launches its long-awaited European Absolute Alpha fund today. The portfolio is run by Vincent Devlin - manager of Continental European and co-manager of the Greater Europe Investment Trust - and the 14-strong European style diversity team, headed by Nigel Bolton. Holding between 50-100 stocks, the vehicle's mandate mirrors Mark Lyttleton's UK Absolute Alpha fund.
