Mark Creedy has left Legal & General’s property business after stepping down as managing director late last year. He worked for the group for six years before deciding to pursue other business interests in October 2007. He announced his intention to remain at the group until his successor had been appointed. Bill Hughes joined the following month and took over the MD responsibilities from 1 January 2008.
