Jupiter and New Star founder John Duffield looks set to launch his third fund business, registering the name Hyde Park Asset Management. Interactive Investor reports Duffield has hired the 10th floor of New Star's former 1 Knightsbridge home, now owned by Henderson. It believes John Jay, Duffield's business development director at New Star, has been hired as chief executive of the new operation. According to Companies House, Hyde Park Asset Management was incorporated on 1 April.
