JOHCM’s Nichola Pease has stepped down as CEO after a decade at the helm. Pease, who becomes deputy chairman, is to be replaced by Gavin Rochussen, former CEO at Fleming Family & Partners. He joins the boutique firm in November after a five-year stint at the family office. His brief is to maintain the investment-led culture of the firm, where the interests of clients and the firm are aligned, and continue its growth and diversification.
