Chris Murphy is leaving Axa Framlington to join Morley while Japan Smaller Companies manager Chisako Hardie has left Swip to join Axa Framlington in May. Nigel Thomas is to take over the Murphy's UK Growth fund and Blue Chip funds in a caretaker role. The two Framlington funds have been under review due to the group's merger with Axa and continue to be so, including whether or not a replacement for Murphy will be sought.
