Royal London has appointed a dedicated manager for its £220m Royal London Exempt Property Unit Trust. Stephen Elliott joins Royal London Asset Management (RLAM) from Morley’s Segregated Funds Team where he was a fund manager. He will work under RLAM property head Gareth Dickinson in managing the fund, which is only available for tax-exempt investors like charities and asks a minimum £250,000 investment. Dickinson said: “I’m pleased we have been able to attract such a high calibre and proven fund manager.”
