Gartmore is testing market appetite for a European Absolute Return vehicle for Roger Guy, taking advantage of his long hedge fund track record. He has managed the £1.8bn European Selected Opportunities fund alongside Guillaume Rambourg for over a decade and the group’s AlphaGen Capella hedge product since inception in 1999.
