Threadneedle is set to hand the chief executive officer role to Crispin Henderson on 1 August. This latest management reshuffle sees the current CEO, Simon Davies, take on the position of executive chairman of the group. He will concentrate on three principal areas, client relationships, strategy and talent management. As CEO, Henderson will drive Threadneedle’s next generation corporate strategy with full responsibility for the management of the firm, including the relationship with the company’s parent company Ameriprise.
