Patrick Evershed is set to join stockbroker and investment boutique Hargreave Hale. The small cap manager, who left New Star in September following continued dire performance of his Select Opportunties fund, will be managing the investment funds of his private client business, estimated at around £20m of assets. He is currently involved in a legal dispute with his former employers, citing constructive dismissal.
